Shipping Fees
Our shipping rates are priced directly from UPS rate charts and are based on
the total weight of your order, shipping destination and shipping method. The
exact shipping rate will be calculated during the checkout process before you
finalize your order.
Damaged Orders
Orders shipped via UPS are automatically insured and will be replaced or
refunded if any damage is incurred to your order during shipping. You must
contact us immediately after receiving the damaged order. Orders shipped via
U.S Postal Service are NOT insured. These orders are shipped at your own risk.
We take great care in packing the orders so damage will not occur, but we
cannot control it once the order is out of our hands. USPS shipping is a great
way to save money, but we suggest choosing UPS for orders of value where
insurance is desired.
Delivery Times
We do not guarantee delivery dates for any service level. Our job is to provide
great quality products at low prices. We're not in the shipping business and do
not have control over delivery times. We pack the orders and ship them out
normally within 24 hours of the order date. An order may be delayed due to a
problem processing payment, or an item being out of stock. If an item is out of
stock, we will contact the customer to resolve the issue. If no response is
received within 24 hours, we will make the decision to hold the order until the
item arrives or ship the partial order now, and missing items later.
