| 2/4 - Grand Prix Trial for Houston |
|
 On February 27th Mid-South Game Center will be hosting a GPT for Houston. If we have fewer than 32 players we will have one Three Round Bye to award. If we have 33-64 we will have two. The Format is Extended. The entry fee is $20. Additional prizes will be awarded based on attendance.

| 2/2 - Worldwake Release Events |
|
The first weekend of February is the Worldwake Release. We will have drafts every time we have 8 players. Entry fee will be $15. We will also offer Sealed Deck for $25. Each entrant will also receive a foil promo card. Prizes for Draft are 6-4-1-1 (no store credit). Prizes for Sealed are 4-2-2-2. All prizes paid out in Worldwake Boosters.

Lucky me, I just have to walk across the street. I will be here to run events for the Worldwake Prerelease. Do not put yourself in danger to come to these events. We will run make up events next weekend. If you do make it, we will be running casual events (no box tourney unless we get at least 16 players). We will also offer Booster Drafts. I will be here at 9am both days.

| 1/25 - Worldwake This Weekend |

Don't forget this weekend is the Worldwake Prerelease. We will be at MSGC Saturday and Sunday. We will open both days at 9am. First event Saturday is 10am, Sunday is noon. We can offer drafts until 9:30 Sunday morning, then we have to do sign ups for Sealed. Don't forget we will also be at U Memphis at 1pm Sunday. Tell your friends.

| 12/22 - January FNM and Worldwake Prereleases |
|
| We have 2 special FNM's in January. 1st on January 1st we will be offering Standard as well as Draft. 2nd on the 29th we will be offering 2HG Standard as well as Draft as a lot of players will be looking to save their money for Worldwake. All other FNM's will be Draft only.
Worldwake Prereleases will be January 30th and 31st. We will be running 3 events both days:
Saturday 10am Competitive (Winner gets a box)
Saturday 10am Casual (Everyone guaranteed 2 packs)
Saturday 4pm Casual (Everyone guaranteed 2 packs)
Sunday noon Casual
Sunday 1pm Casual at University of Memphis Brister Hall Room 220
Sunday 6pm Casual
First event you sign up for is $30 (prepaid prereg is $28), Second event is $27 ($25), Third event is $24 ($20)

| 12/21 - Finished Entering Ice Age singles |

| I am once again motivated to enter singles into the inventory. This is not newly acquired stuff, just stuff that had not been counted... On the other hand we picked up a few collections recently and these have also been entered. I will be doing Alliances next followed by the remainder of Mirage and Visions. I also need to do 4th, 5th, Chronicles, Homelands, Mercadian, Prophecy, Unglued, Unhinged, Portal 1 and 2, and a couple of random subsets.

| 12/20 - Change of Plans |

Sorry Memphis, Mid-South Game Center will not be open Christmas afternoon. We will be open on the 26th and will give away the FNM cards for drafts all day Saturday, two for each tournament. We are also still hosting booster draft tournaments on Sundays at 2:00. If there are any cards left over from Saturday they will be given away Sunday.

| 12/10 - January Mega-Draft |
|
| Robert Larrabee has run these events in the past. I will be running one on January 16th. We will begin at 11am with a Triple Coldsnap Draft. The third, fourth, and fifth rounds will be Ravnica, Guildpact, and Dissension. We will close out the day with three rounds of Onslaught, Legions, and Scourge! And what will this cost? Only $40. Prizes for the Top 4 finishers plus the winner's name added to the plaque.
